DRAFT — NOT REVIEWED BY COUNSEL. These terms are the researched defaults from the project’s legal notes, published so no surface ships without them. They describe how AnsemHub actually behaves today; they have not been reviewed by a lawyer and are not a negotiated agreement.

WHAT ANSEMHUB IS

AnsemHub is a read-only companion tool. It watches public Solana activity related to Ansem.io’s paid boosts and shows it to you, on this site and — if you opt in — in Telegram. AnsemHub is an independent tool. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Ansem, ansem.io, pump.fun, or @blknoiz06.

USING THE SERVICE

You may use AnsemHub for your own research. Do not attempt to break, overload, or circumvent the rate limits of this service or of the third parties it reads from, and do not use it to send anyone messages they did not ask for. Telegram alerts are opt-in and you can unlink at any time; access can be withdrawn from an account that abuses the service.

Not financial advice. Boost signals, burn-cost timing, and market data are informational only — not a recommendation to buy, sell, or burn.

A boost is evidence that somebody paid for visibility. It is not a rating, an endorsement, or a prediction, and AnsemHub does not present it as one.

NON-CUSTODIAL

Non-custodial: AnsemHub never holds your funds or private keys. You sign and broadcast every transaction yourself.

Signing in is a message signature that proves wallet ownership and moves nothing. Any transaction a future feature builds is shown to you in full and signed in your own wallet. You are responsible for what you sign. Burning $ANSEM is permanent and irreversible. The tokens are destroyed on-chain and cannot be recovered by anyone, including you.

DATA & AVAILABILITY

Market data (prices, mcap, liquidity) is sourced from Jupiter, DexScreener, and GeckoTerminal and may be delayed or inaccurate. Verify before acting.

Chain data is read from public Solana RPC. Indexing can lag, a source can fail, and a transaction seen early can fail to finalise — those cases are labelled in the interface rather than hidden. AnsemHub is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime, completeness, or timeliness, and is not liable for decisions made from it.

JURISDICTION

AnsemHub does not restrict access by location, but the underlying pump.fun / Ansem.io platforms may. You are responsible for your own jurisdiction's rules.

CHANGES

These terms change when the software does. Material changes will be visible on this page before the behaviour they describe ships, in the same way the privacy notice commits to.
